The best way to get support is via email — we can’t handle support enquiries via social networks. Please don’t forget to include the name and version of the app in your email, and the version of the OS you are using.
If you have Apple Mail set up on your device, the easiest way to include this information is to use the Contact Customer Support feature found in our apps. It will create an email for you with the information already included, and you just need to fill in your query before sending it.
We also have support pages for each of our apps, and many of our recent apps have answers to frequently asked questions built in to the apps themselves — this could get you the answers you need right away, instead of having to wait for a reply, so it’s worth checking!
